It depends on the scale complexity of your requirements. For simple pieces of signage, we may be able to get something to you in a few hours. For a map of a large site, it may take a day or so.

There is no limit on the number of amendments that can be made. We will revise the artwork as many times as required until you are completely satisfied. However, please note that any major changes that significantly or entirely change the original design proposal may be subject to an additional fee.

No payment is due until you have confirmed you are happy with the final proof. Once payment is received, we will send you the original artwork along with various copies of it in different formats.

We will send you copies of the artwork in PDF, PNG, JPEG, and Adobe Illustrator formats. This means you will have all the files you need to display the map on your website, let customers download it, email it, send it for commercial print, and even edit it yourself.

Yes, all the files belong to you once payment is received.

We can tweak any existing artwork that we have previously produced for you. There would only be a small fee for doing this, as we wouldn't be starting from scratch. We endeavour to keep copies of all original artwork, but we always recommend that you keep your own backups.

When it comes to the size, material, shape, and finish of your printed product, there is a huge range of possibilities. Whether it's simple A4 flyers, a big aluminium sign cut to a special shape, reflective outdoor stickers, and everything in between, there's sure to be an option to suit! We can print on aluminium, vinyl, correx, foamex, cardboard, paper, banners... just to name a few.

In many cases, turnaround can be in as little as 24 hours from the point of order, but usual delivery times are between 3 and 7 days. Faster turnarounds may be available for an additional fee.

No, absolutely not. There are no setup fees involved for proofs or printing plates.

We can handle small orders, no problem. For paper products, it's usually a minimum of 25 units. For signage and adhesive vinyl, you can usually order a single unit. Usually, the more you order at a time, the lower the unit cost.

In the highly unlikely event of prints damaged or missing in transit, just contact us and we will sort it for you. Make sure you take a photo of any damage to the packaging and products, as well as a clear photo of the shipping label(s). The usual solution would be to reorder and resend anything as necessary - and, of course, at no extra cost to you.
